Man, finally got back into my old photobucket account and found all the shots of my 2004 era GMW binge that I thought were gone....only one out of the whole group I really wish I still had is the Bullseye...it's a GMW logo'd Strathead that Dan Lawrence clipped the logo to match the stripes....the blue reverse Strathead is actually partial mutt / Fender body w GMW neck that Lee had laying around the shop. That one went to JB then to Dan Gower in the UK for a few years. The dark blue was about 9 lbs of maple capped mahogany hahaha; Orange sparkle was an actual Jackson Dinky body Lee had left over from a special run he did for them pre-Fender....

Funny about the Bullseye...it was one of those things that seemed like such a great idea the day I ordered it, when it showed up 3 months later not so much :ROFLMAO: I'm sorta struggling with same the thoughts now as I have an incoming KnE body that I'm waffling on sending to Dan Lawrence for Hot Rod Flames but not sure I culd really live with it long term....

Other stuff that stands out in these photos for me is my $1600 Ecstacy, my first Splawn modded 50 watt Marshall from when Scott was just getting going, and the Mojave Scorpion which was a fricking beast....good times.

Anybody else?

I had a GMW Crossed Swords way back when. Painted by Dan Lawrence. Wish I'd kept that one.

Side note, I had to pay the ransom to get back into Photobucket myself to get back a bunch of guitar pics I had there. I paid them for a month, got all my pics out and then gave them the middle finger.

Those photobucket fuckers, that's exactly what happened to me :ROFLMAO: It was worth the $4.99 though, I had a bunch of photos of old stuff that I really wanted, I'll be giving them the middle finger too as soon as I clear everything out.

Super cool Crossed Swords too!

I dig GMP guitars a lot. Especially their single cuts and V’s.

I don't have any of these anymore. If I had to have one back it would probably be the turtle burst. They are all GMWs despite what it does or doesn't say on the headstock. I seem to be missing picture of a couple of them

I quit buying when he wasn't able to make the old headstocks. It feels like his necks got thinner over time too.

I owned 2 of those.. still have the powder blue Mutt

Fiesta Red.. Wow! Those are some killer looking guitars.

I know most guys didn't like Lee's headstocks after he stopped doing the Fender ones, but I was one of the few who didn't mind them. I parted with this one in a trade several years ago. Kind of regret it though. It was a killer guitar.

These are my GMW’s. I still have them all except for the Green Meanie. One might look familiar ;-)

OMG! There she is  Treat her right, please get in touch if you ever think about sending her back

This has turned into a great thread!

She‘s been sitting unplayed since I got her. I take them all out and tune and check them once a year but I only play a couple of guitars regularly. I’m trying to find a really nice original Charvel pointy with a Floyd and when I do I might move a few guitars. If I do you will have first crack at that one.
