Been thinking of going with a rack setup, what do you guys suggest as a Power amp for the M4?

Seems like a killer deal over on TGP for a FTR37. Been interested in picking that up after I move some gear :) Anyone else try one out or own a /13 amp? The cleans on it sound so good. :thumbsup:

Does it get tones real close to the Mark IV/III? I don't play out so I've been toying with the idea of getting a rack setup. Maybe a Egnater M4 and a Tri-Axis, who else here is using a rack setup?

I find it entertaining and funny to watch chicken pickin videos and now have the sudden urge to chicken pickin for fun :D Any advice or books to pick up to try and learn it? Something about it makes it look very fun to play

Was playing in stereo a few minutes ago with the Mako Mak2 and the Elmwood M90 with a A/B/C pedal, so I took the Elmwood out and left it on and was just playing through the Mako to change some settings, then the Elmwood just turned off out of nowhere. Pulled the fuse and looks like it burnt out...

I keep seeing owners of either switching between the two for some reason. If you made the switch which one did you end up with? I am really happy with the M90 at the moment but I still want to try out a Diezel for some odd reason, its like a disease :lol: :LOL:

Finally got all the amps in today and the Palmer PDI-03 :rock: I honestly have not even tried playing through them yet, gonna fire up the Elmwood right now :thumbsup: , moving everything around made me tired as hell :lol: :LOL: . Full review and clips to come later, maybe after tax season and...

Thoughts? I know Zorran does and gets killer clips. They also have a newer version PGA-04 and a Reissue of the PDI-03 for sale, anyone own one?

Any specific models to look at? What makes the Nitro finish different than the others? Kind of wanting to try out a Les Paul type guitar but not sure what to look for :confused:

Are the necks for the Pro Series the same as the ones made for the Standard and Classic? Whats the major differences, is it worth it to pay more for a Classic/Standard than order a Pro Series? Going to probably check out Tone Merchants this weekend to try a bunch of them.

Any major difference between the two? I think I am going to order the new VM cab soon, but not sure which one to get, whats the major difference between the two if any.

Got the Wolfgang yesterday, but ended up doing a full setup on it last night after work. Its pretty nice having a stop tail bridge, makes tuning and setups so much easier. The flamed maple top gives the guitar a more brighter tone than my other guitars but I haven't really played too long on...

I know a few of you guys used to have the JVM's when they were new, who here still has held on to theirs? How do you think it compares to the Vintage Modern? I basically just want a amp to cover Marshall type tones but since I have a Mark IV already I am not really looking for versatility. Also...

Really stand up guy.. I bought a ISP Decimator pedal from him, and I didn't even notice he lowered the price by $10. Long story short he refunded me back $10 that I didn't even know about. Major props to Joe :thumbsup:
