I still like my old blackface Rocktron intellifex I have had since the mid 90's. They can had cheap and easy to use. I had a TC G System for a short time and it was a hassle to use. Not sure how the GForce is but sounds like a popular choice.

From the ones I have seen it is a dot on the back of the chassis. And some "black stripe" have no marking from what I understand .
