Modelers can sound great through a cab with a power amp. I gigged an Axe-FX through a Mesa 20/20 and Mesa 2x12 recto cab for 3 years and it sounded great. Upgraded to the Kemper and gigged it through a cab and then later switched to a Atomic CLR Neo just for convenience.
Mark V. I owned the head and the combo during a time when I was flipping amps like I flipped burgers in high school. I couldn't get them to sound great, but I was too impatient at the time to learn how to dial in a Boogie.

Agreed. I only sold mine because I stopped gigging. And I would have still kept them for home stereo use, except I already have a big home theater system I use for that.
