No kidding! I played one for a few hours before I got the Herbert and I was impressed back then, but now I can appreciate it even more. :) Any suggestions for good settings for 80's rock and general heavy metal?

Thanks Sean, but I'm not working for Metallica anymore. :) It used to be just the JC and some FX, not sure if he uses the Pod - I didn't see one in his racks last time I had a chance to look at them - which was in 07...so for what it's worth... :)

I'd say: Tell us a little bit more about the sound you want - vintage/old school means different things to different people...

Sorry großer Meister (und ich mein das ernst), aber ich kann einfach nicht 3000+ an Equipment zuhause rumstehen haben dafür das ich zwei dreimal im Monat spielen kann. Ich bleib Diezel ja treu, aber eben im Moment eine Nummer kleiner. :)

Können sicher, aber schon zeitlich wird er es kaum machen. Olaf (Duesentrieb hier am Board) bietet das aber an soweit ich weiß.

Mainly because I hardly have time to play around with it and I can justify an Einstein a lot better to myself, because of the smaller price-tag...

That's cos 1k Euro is WAY too low for for a VH4....
