Here's my #1. It's a 2011 American Deluxe strat in Sunset Metallic. I put a Warmoth pickguard on it. It's got Lindy Fralin Blues Specials in the neck and middle, and a Dimarzio AT-1 in the bridge.

Love. It.

These guys are great. As I get older, I don't dig metal like I used to. Also, playing in cover bands the past several years has mellowed out my taste in music.

Used Deluxe Reverb reissue. Stellar amp for pedals. There is no better clean tone for the money.

Compound all the way.

The new American Deluxe teles have compound radius fretboards (10-16"). My American Deluxe strat has a compound radius fretboard and I love it! Every guitar I buy from now on will have one. They are awesome. Go try one out

Nice playing. I would rather have a used Dual Rec, but I have to admit that they do sound very similar, at least through my computer speakers.

I love my Dimarzio AT-1 in the bridge of my American Deluxe strat. I always recommend it for a bridge position humbucker.
