OK, picking up the VH4 on Monday. Never had this kind of setup before and have no knowledge on this topic what so ever. What I have is VH4 Hagen Front Loaded 4x12 Axe FX II MFC-101 Now, I want the Hagen to be the amp that gets all the effects and the VH4 to remain dry. so, EDUCATE ME!!!

Hi Peter, Thomann has been shipping worldwide for a long time. Even to the UK. It's one of the reasons I went to James Leader to purchase my Hagen and VH4. Strictly because I knew I'd be dealing directly with a Diezel Representative if anything needed to be fixed or upgraded.

You know it's the right thing to do. The VH4 will be my dry amp and I'll use the hagen for all my effects. It will sound MASSIVE!

I'll be finding out how both the Hagen and VH4 sound together next month when my VH4 arrives. So far.... Sooooo goooooooooooood!

That's not using the effects gizmo though is it? I don't want to use the Axe Fx directly with the amp as many have reported that its too noisy. The effects gizmo is needed to switch the axe fx on when needed and then off to keep the signal path clear.

I would highly recommend the Diezel Front Loaded 2x12. I was lucky to test all cabs before making a decision. The Diezel Cabs are fantastically voiced for the Hagen!
