Keep old guitar mags?
I got a wall full...tempted over and over to toss them... The wife would really love for me to find another home for them and I was just about there. Just dug out an old '92 or '94 issue a weeks or so ago to look over the solo section of Meat Puppets Backwater...I couldn't find any decent...- GITTarzann

How much do "big name" club touring musicians make?
I have thought the same thing over the years. I saw Gary Hoey play in Fresno years ago. They were in an 80's RV type rig (POS for sure). I LOVED the show but kinda felt sorry for him. But, I have been told by some more knowledgeable musician friends that some of the names we see coming around...- GITTarzann

Another Kemper vs. Axe Fx II thread...
I am NOT a fanboy by any means, but the Axe beating here is pretty funny. I play an Axe II now, have had an Ultra, but have not played a Kemper. I have listened to a Kemper and will not bad mouth it...they do sound pretty good. I will say the Fractal Axe II has relieved me of rver looking for...- GITTarzann

Got to try the Axe FX II today
Just my .03 cents, and I know you prefaced with "The key to the axe for me right now is..." But, my experience is not soooo black and white as yours is. I am no Fractal fanboi but I am happy with the unit. I have played frfr, PA into 4X12's, both simultaneously, and have seen a few bands live...- GITTarzann
