I had my 6505 dialed in to get some old Cream tones. I got pretty close, either way I was happy to get that old electric blues tone. It's not my main amp anymore but I hesitate to sell because it's such a good amp. Man that thing is frickin heavy though, to carry.

At one place the sound coming from the amp would fade to zero then come right back up. It did it about 3x. Then at another place the gain just sounded too dirty like the tubes were dying but sounded fine the next day and ever since. Had the tubes and amp checked out, probably wasted some money...
Oh I remember this clip. This is what got me started on contemplating a Kemper.

Can you use a variac to compensate for wonky electricity in live situations?
Like in case you're playing at a place where you're not getting enough juice to the amp?
I'm sure there are better solutions but I do have one and thought I could put it to use.
I don't know what's going on but my main bridge pickups, ToneZone and SuperDistortion, don't seem to be as hot as they used to be.
I've had my amp checked, cables, soldering. When you put your guitar volume on 10 the strings used to be really lively, almost too hot, you couldn't touch them...
