Have you checked out Diezel Amps? Surprised it hasn't been mentioned yet... I mean unless you're going for that super used cookie cutter tone. If that's the case, go for the marshall.
I've read this many times in the Diezel forum.
Can you tell me a little about how you use your gear? Do you play out a lot, record, or play for yourself?

The 6550's were probably no longer good and triggered the fuse to blow. That's what it's supposed to do :D Check the fuse in a few days if it's eating at you though.

"Basically" is not anywhere close to the real deal IMO but tone is subjective. Diezel's like the celestion v30's and k100's. What Diezel head are you using?

I had a problem with the first floyd guitar i bought but after figuring it out in 10 min, i realized i really like them. Once I lock the strings down at the nut I never have to touch the main tuners or unlock the nut until i'm changing my strings again. Not to mention the INSANE tuning stability...

That pedal only works the the Herbert MKII models. If your Herbert is a MKII model it will say it on your amp right next to where it says "Herbert" above your input jack. If not, go midi. It's actually really simple and better imo

Ruby's are awesome. Don't be scared of the cheap price. Look into the company and you will see why they are so cheap and why so many people like them.
