They are all good, it really depends on specific needs/goals
But in general, if I had to pick only 1, it is Kemper. It sounds phenomenal ( I profile my own amps) and it is super easy to transport and set up live.
I like the Suicide tune ok. Not sure if I ever need to hear it again though
During the verses, the guitars sound like they are alternate picking? If down picking it's purposely not so fierce
I thought Lars's main "songwriting" job was to sift through the stock riffs and find the good ones. I actually like some of their recent stuff and don't bash., but this is a riff salad of boring riffs. I can't believe they promoted this to be a single release with video
I love Babymetal! I hope they tour USA again, I never saw them. The last time they came, it was only to 3 cities in Texas and I couldn't make it.
Karate is my fav
57 & 57 in parallel are awesome. Google around there's a great clip made for this for perfect phase. This happens to be the not only my favorite option, but the cheapest
(2) 57s in 45degrees is also great, popular in European metal
57 & 421 is a rock solid combo, but also can sound a bit dated...
I think at some point tube amps will be a very niche market. We may be there already? Kind of like records, doesn't matter that CDs don't sound as good, they are clearer and easier.... hipsters frequent record stores still, but the masses do not. I think that is the tube amp future, sadly.
Glen...
I think this Black Cali is the same as the white Cali. Fortin did mention this might be the end of the line due to trouble finding quality parts and the time intensive nature of building Amps…but also said the Pumpkin is due Q1
