Just an update: I tried the K100 and CB75 combo in my 2x12 FL Diezel cab, out of a VH4. It's actually a really nice combo. The thing is, I found it too raw and gritty, a lot of bite for my taste. It had a very nice tight low end though. With that considered, I do love a lot of bite in my tone...

I have a rather meticulous question on using the key input on the Zuul. I'm using a boss TU-3 tuner to split the signal. I was curious which output on the tuner I should send into my Zuul (so loop) and the front of the amp. The tuner outputs are "Output" and "bypass".

I have no clue to be honest. I'm talking in regards to an EWS subtle volume attenuator. However, there is a member here named Wizard of Ozz who has a reload with his Herbert, and he says it works great.

As per my post in the Diezel forum, i've had a similar issue with a passive volume attenuator on my Herbert as well. It works perfectly with my VH4, but with my Herbert it sucks the tone out and makes it fizzy, while the entire bottom end is gone.

What's interesting is that I have a similar issue when using a EWS subtle volume control passive volume knob in the serial loop of my Herbert. It works perfectly with my VH4- i'm able to turn the volume pedal almost all the way down, and then crank my VH4 MV to 12, and CV to 11 and get nice...
