just ask him for a time frame, its no big deal. Having said that the cab wasn't ready if it doesn't have speakers he has to order them and install the jack and side handles ;) It probably will take a few days just to get the speakers then install, pack and ship.
I dunno, I get 15-20% off coupons in emails from GC and MI all of the time so you'd think they'd bend a bit, especially with inventory thats been around for months without moving. Fuck em...let it sit some more and get 50% off on their going out of business sale hahah.
He owned it about 10 years before that when Edge of Insanity was released ;) He had a short tour last year where he played the entire album...so bummed I missed it when he can to Dallas.
Great player and is awesome with Vai as keyboard/guitarist as well
Frustrated hahah.
I can play pretty much anything I set my mind to. Problem being I don't have the time to set my mind to it to practice and advance as much as I could. I guess I'm OK player can play EVH, Rhoads and Malmsteen stuff. I wish I could play more classical stuff and fusion stuff.
He probably doesn't care really anymore after all of these years. The guy had no clue what he was doing but he knew the results he wanted. He experimented, blew shit up, fixed it and blew it up a different way, he learned this way and he still tinkering on the go forward asn not looking...
buy used so you don't lose your ass on resale value ;)
I never owned a PRS as I haven't found one that plays and feels as good as they look. They are out there though...
I use George L's as well for my PB. They're solderless but I never had any prolems with them. Granted I don't hook, unhook up pedals frequently but I also use George L's for instrument cable as well, plugged in and out of guitars thousands of time.
sure...for metal dudes looking for brutalzz abundances of gain and only look at output levels. They have the more is better mentality but in this case it isn't applicable and not really needed in todays higher gain amps.
Judas Priest - Unleashed in the East - Marshallls
Ozzy - Speak of the Devil - Gillis Boogie
Loudness - Marshalls
For myself playiin my stuff, a close 3 way tine of stock JCM800 2203 w/6550's, Bogner Ecstasy 101B, and VHT 50 CL
Well first off --- good money on insurance, security system/cameras/off site storage, guns and ammo ;)
I'm a cheap SOB and buy most of my high end stuff used (can't see paying 6k for a guitar new when I can get under 3 used) so I can either break even or make profits on what I currently own...
I'd still need to see the back of the headstock with the s/n. For $2000-2500 you can find a better CS Les Paul...used R7 + R8's (I personally bought a R7 gold top for $2k and 3PU LP Custom BB for $2500)
The headstock looks funky but it could be poor camera angle. The fretboad looks funky...
You don't hear a lot of talks about Splawn around here anymore. I still have an early QR with shared EQ, looks like JMP 2203 nad a Splawn 4x12..still like it ;)
