I've got a G Force for my MOD, delay, Reverbs but was thinking of picking up a G Major and running it before my Egnater M4 for it's Compressor, Noise Gate, Phaser, Wah, Whammy functions. Has anyone tried this and will the level coming out of the G Major be too hot or weak for my preamp?

I think you misread my statement, I wasn't saying the Prosonic was based on the SLO, just that gain raunchiness "reminds" me of the SLO/T100 gain. You can disagree with me all you want if that's the case but tone and musicality is completely subjective.

Yup, I've got a DMC Ground Control Pro and judging from the M4 manual, it doesn't look like it can do it. Oh well I'll just have to figure something else out. Maybe edit the GC Pro so that the first 8 foot switches are program changes to the 8 channels and the top 4 CC controls my effects on/off.
