1) I am definitely interested in release of more Fortin/Randall products, because
2) Pete's Fortin modded Marshall (profile) sounds so good it's not fair
Well, that's not what you said. You said it was nicer because it was American.
Nevermind all that for now - in your experience, what did you like about the Suhr when you played it and what did you not like about the JEM? How did each sound with your AVT head and Line6?
Mesa Mark IIC(+) - I thought it would be the holy grail and I didn't like it at all. Getting a IIC+ restored my faith though.
Peavey 6505 cab, to compliment my JSX. Ugh, Sheffields. Don't do it.
Yup, user error. And that's ok, Marks aren't for everyone. Some might say Marks aren't user friendly, but really, they're just picky about their friends.
All of Pete's profiles are really well done and sound great. There are a few that are absolutely stunning. In addition to the Friedman, my faves are the Pittbull and the Fortin.

And I don't see how calling Brad was too hard but...
This unfairly marginalizes Hammett's contributions. Kirk has writing credit on lots of songs in that time period, including on several of their biggest songs.
And solos don't count for anything  ?
