Congrats! I am curious to get your opinion on the Nitro vs EVH and JVM. I traded a JVM for a Nitro and went back to the JVM before going full Kemper. The Nitro has such a unique low end

Seems like a textbook case of trade rape if you ask me. As a former 11R owner, there is no way that is a legit trade unless the power amp is a like a VHT and the cab is high end as well.

Yeah you have to; the venue they played at here in KC was pretty close to where I work so that was the deal-maker for me.

Primus was really really good. If you are child of the 90s, you would have felt right at home with their setlist and background projections. The ticket prices were a bit insane and the security guards were a-holes, but I just couldn't pass it up

Aside from the quality of the profiles (which to me they actually sound pretty good) there is a difference between sounding "good" and sounding "like the amp". The TSE and LePou plugins are really nice but they don't exactly emulate the amp in question. Good Kemper profiles on the other hand...

I agree with the above comments. Sounds amazing, but I know if I buy the pedal it will end up sounding like me and not like you. On the flipside there are worse ways to drop some coin. Major chops!!

Some of my favorite Splawn clips are Windsen's where he is blending his Qr and Nitro.

Regarding the loose low end, Rockerverbs are quite loose even with standard tunings, imo. I had one for about a week and could barely gel with it using a boost. Perhaps try the Majesty with another amp before sending the jury out on the Illuminators?

Wade is a super nice dude and the quality of his product is well worth the wait. He took around 1.5 months with my Solutions, but to be fair it was around Christmas. Through out the process he kept me updated, so I can't complain.

Have to go there for a quick business trip and there may be some down time. Any place worth going that is not a Guitar Center?
