Just for the record the plugins are a LePou Legion and TSE 5150

Keep in mind I've only had a day to use the software. So in sure it can get better.

I used plugins for years. All different ones. Revalver, free ones etc...

They've come a long way, but dedicated gear is almost always better. The Kemper in particular sounds like the amp. Period.
I think you might be able to squeeze out a slight improvement, but it'll never sound like the Kemper or Axe FX. A PC or Mac isn't optimized to do this kind of stuff.

Edit: I listened to these on my laptop speakers so... yeah :D

Keep the guesses coming :) I'm shocked at how they compare tbh, one lacks the girth/air movement/depth of the other. Both completely usable though!

They both sound cool but I like 1 better. Either way, your playing and production sound great as usual!. Good clip Keith!

Part 1 sounds better. Part 2 is a bit too scooped with a weird high end.

1st is software 2nd Kemper

Unpossible as Mr. Savage would say. The first one would sound way better of you paid more for it. ;)

Well I guess I was wrong.. Not the first nor the last time lol :D
Out of curiosity, which amp was profiled here?

It's all in the profile. Sounds like the Kemper profile was taken in not the greatest recording environment.

Aside from the quality of the profiles (which to me they actually sound pretty good) there is a
difference between sounding "good" and sounding "like the amp".

The TSE and LePou plugins are really nice but they don't
exactly emulate the amp in question. Good Kemper profiles on the other hand, sound almost exactly like the amp under mic.

I just got a KPA last weekend and I am amazed at the sounds I can get out of it. Even with the crappiest profiles I can get
pretty nice tones by messing around with the high or low pitch under the cabinet prefs. Really embarrasses my 11R.
