worry less about the power tubes and more about playing it, while using your EQ to nit pick your tone....

Change the first pre-amp tube ( to a 12aT7) in any helios to get close to what you ended up getting sonically from your custom Rheinhold. ( more open, less compression, etc)

Hard to beat a Do It yourself warmoth strat....the $160 neck and bodies are great...select by the wood grain and get busy! and you'll learn a thing or 2 about tone on your way into the build.

2. midrangey sounding pickup ( presents the harmonic best)
3. practice finding the sweet spots.

If you could play each one of those heads you mentioned you would certainly and definitively find the one you like the best. I suggest doing that whenever possible. The be-100 so far has been the best in all departments of tone, channel types...clean/drive/lead...but that's my IMO
