Maybe I got lucky, but my Edward's is fuckin' magic. Grunt and snarls as well or better than any singlecut I've ever played.

All they need is an Explorer and it'll be a one stop shop! Loving my late 2022 build with JB/59, hope the new pu's turn out ok but I am not expecting much. How much do they honestly save by not keeping the SD's? Seems a poor decision, imho. But like Rev said, easy enough to swap 'em.

I've seen one dude on TGP say his came with fret sprout, but most of us probably know that's generally due to conditions the guitar has been exposed to - generally anyway, I mean they COULD'VE forked the frets from the get go, I guess lol. He also showed a rather shocking picture of the wiring...

It's purely for aesthetics but damn annoying when you only want to swap a bridge pickup!

Did you audition the IKM included models or did you browse around Tonenet? I don't like many of the high gain IKM ones, that's for sure!

I have to disagree, I think the tone on this one perfectly set the mood for what it might be like on a whaling boat, going after the holy grail. The vocals, too. But this is one of my favorite albums so you can't necessarily take anything I say seriously.
