What I don't think Edwards get right is the spacing between the bridge and the bridge pickup. I don't think many copies do, Epiphone included. But I find that's a crucial part of the Les Paul bite.
I pulled the trigger five years ago or so on a natural mahogany colored one. I really like it. It’s definitely on the lighter side. I have to compare it with a Gibson but I’m thinking the bodies a hair thinner.could be the lack of paint too. Anyways it’s a keeper.
I don't have a cool backyard and a pool like I did at my home in California. Our house is new and there is no landscaping or decent place outside to photograph. Our fence isn't even up yet.
I’m really curious if there was a difference in their production of these. I’ve never played a single Epiphone or LTD that was even close to the quality of the 2022 Edwards I have. @Warmart has some Gibsons as well as an Edwards, what’s your take?
