MK 4.23- cleanist boost out their. Monsterpiece STUD- Clean boost w/ ability to add subtract treble (which is a great option in a pedal for the BE). I have the Koko boost (great pedal), but the MK and STUD are the go to pedals for me.

If I had to recommend only one OD pedal to try w/ the Empire it would the Barber Direct Drive. I've got great results using this pedal w/ my 18 watt Suhr Badger and 100 watt JMP Fortin Cali Mod.
