I need to check the trim level on mine. I am getting a noticeable hum when running the intellifex & replifex in the loop...wonder if it is related to the wall wart power supplies? May have to moe to something different for fx if i cant figure this out.

I'm taking Steve K's advice...RFT in V1, chinese in 2 &3, and per KCA's reccomendation a NOS RCA in V4. I don't think the JJ's that come with it do the amp any favors. Will report back once I get a chance to install them...amp's arriving back home today.

this is a hum not hiss..gets louder as the mv goes up. Steve K gave me some info that I'll try. EDIT: Found out it was a grounding issue in my guitar...not the amp.

I'm running about the same except lower masters. Gain brights to the left or centered. A tad higher clean treble...definitely sounds better/cleaner with the bass mostly down. The amp sounds best to me with the voice to the left and dark centered. I'm getting a pretty good hum (not hiss) in...

There is a difference b/w the proto and production midi boards as my prod has only three buttons. Channel solo and store where the proto has 4. Also Art is right. Production model does provide phantom power.

I loved the Thin Lizzy Cold Sweat and Racer X Hammer Away in the first video with Mark C. He has to be one of the best (if not the) players on this forum or anywhere for that matter. Not only can he build a killer amp....he knows how to use it too. I always dig the tunes he's playing UFO...
