I'm not so sure I'd be into the OP hanging setup, but I've used String Swing hangers for over 12 years with no issue. The hanger is mounted into the wall studs. I inspect them occasionally and they show no sign of pulling away from the wall.
Late to the party here.
I have a bunch of Eclipses. The E-II I had was the same neck shape and dimensions as my Standard Series guitars.
At the 1st fret it's around .83" (20mm) and around .89" (22mm) at the 12th.
I don't have an LTD, but the ESP Standard Series Eclipses I have with the "thin U" profile are around .82" at the 1st fret and .89" at the 12th.
It's hard to say whether anyone else will find that chunky or not, but I find it very comfortable.
Yeah, if you ever end up over 5 on the bass, you're either doing something terribly, terribly wrong, or have lost your hearing entirely.
The whole Mesa Mark series (and the TriAxis as well) really needs a post EQ. And I think that's why so many of the heads/combos have an EQ built on the front...
+1 for the adding an EQ to the TriAxis rig. I had a TriAxis and 2:90 rig for years. I moved from it because I was looking for something more modern sounding.
Not to defend Kirk, but here's a video showing the weather at the show from a bit earlier in the set.

Seeing the water splash off the cymbals was impressive.
But at what price range? (when new)
There may be some issues with the higher dollar range Indo guitars, but I suspect any factory can make better guitars if you throw enough money into it. I expect a $200 made in China guitar to be garbage, but I would expect a $1000 guitar from China to be as...

There's a reply from Jeff M, the VP, a few posts into the thread.
The senior VP of ESP USA chirped in on their forum a few months ago and said it was a way to maintain the cost level of the instruments. The Korean factory was getting too pricey. While I have no practical experience with the Indonesian 1000 level LTD guitars, I have read more complaints about...
$1699 for the non-trem $1785 for the Floyds. The order time ends after this weekend.

You have to join the group to get access to the code. I don't remember what it is. Sorry.
Yeah, they started doing that on the Truckster model (I think they've changed the logo slightly since the Truckster, though.) I didn't look closely enough at the logo on my old Truckster to notice what it was made from, but I always assumed it was a plastic. Wiz would know better than I because...
I went rack to make it easier for me while playing. I want to focus on the performance and the tap dance of pedals takes me out of it. I can just hit one button for sound changes and continue on my way.
My rack is fairly simple, as are my sounds, so YMMV.
