As a retired nurse, I’ve gotten to witness the effects of long term alcoholism. I’ve had my struggles too, so I’m not shaming. Alcohol is one of two commonly abused substances that will a person during detox. Alcohol is poison. ☠️ FACT. It’s nasty. Refined Sugar is poison as well.
