Clearly I don't disagree with it. I simply said it depends on the person and how much time elapses after a beer ( or two) as to whether or not someone is impaired. I barely drink and I don't drive after, but I would definitely be opposed to a "Zero tolerance" type law for drinking and driving. Most people can drink a beer and then drive just fine.
By the way, drunk driving is 5th down on the list of what causes the most accidents. Number one, as you would expect, is "Distracted driving", i.e. texting and driving.
I would be opposed to a zero tolerance law as well.
