    Can a pedalboard blow amps?

    I've managed to blow two amps in three weeks. One amp has blown twice. I've changed the speaker cab and speaker lead but the amp still blew. When I change to the backup Magnum 44, I change the pedalboard and the Magnum hasn't blown. Could there be a surge or something coming from my board...

    Help needed: Shiva lights up but no sound!

    At a gig last night I all but completed a 45 minute set but then the amp cut out. I've check and it's not instrument, speaker or power cables causing the problem and it's not the guitar, which only leaves the amp. All tubes are lighting up but there's still no sound. Two things I've not tried...
