I've never tried it (two overdrives) but there's at least a couple guys between here and the Guitar Gear forum that double boost. I remember hearing a few clips of a Henning Cherry Bomb with two overdrives that sounded pretty sweet.

Right there with ya on the embarrassingly light dumbbells, lol. Same with the hand positions on push ups: wide, narrow, and diamond. Gotta be careful with the narrow, because if I don't keep my focus the lower back takes a beating.

I think you are being too hard on yourself. I listen to several clips a day where guys are raving about the modded Marshall or vintage plexi or some other holy grail amp, and I think they sound like fizzy ass. I like your clip!

I learned how to play on a super strat which I got in early 1985 and still own. I got my first LP copy about 6 years ago and while I love the way it looks and sounds, it feels like a clunky old piece of furniture. So, pretty much in the same boat as you guys.
