On the be100 the BE channel is about twice the gain of a 800.. Similar to the 800 would be c45 on and the gain structure in the middle or the in between position.. Of course i have no idea which era BE-100 you have

Its not that it doesnt play nice you are just pushing the pedal to much and the signal level distorts whats after it.pedals generally don't have a lot of head room. Put it last in the chain before the amp.. The pedal is capable of making guitar level line level....

Cant to a do in a non master amp that works right.. The power section just saturates the effects.. No loops sorry
