I've had both hands done. it's been great. no more pain, still feel like i have all my strength. i was supposed to be off work for 6 weeks. i was at work 2 days later and played guitar pretty much right away. carefully of course but recovery was fast. did this in 2010. no reoccurrence.

aaah ya, i'm listening through my phone as i am away working out of town. i don't have a way to play over the backing tracks i like the idea though. i play over them as they are playing from this thread
