I've actually got some surprising results in the studio last week with the Jubilee 2x12 on the Torpedo. The guys that I was doing the contract work for really liked the sound from that patch so we went with it. At home, I hadn't played around with it much other than the 4x12 ones that I always use.....but now, I'm going to have to dig a bit deeper into some of the others.

I actually liked the Slash 4x12 and the 5150 sheffield.

I think I liked the RackHero the best. Which is funny because I didn't like it with my gear.

What are you using most for your stuff?

I'll have to figure that out

I renamed it, so I will have to see how to check that. Another key to me was the EQ on the amp as well, really used that to dial in the tone for different sims. I have the Hiwatt front end, so pre and bright pre really effect how things sound. By manipulating the EQ I can mimic my cabs really, really well. But I haven't been able to set my amp for my cabs and then get the same tone with the LIVE without changing the amps EQ. Probably just the nature of the amp's response to EQ changes more than a "fault" of the LIVE, or user error

And all of this for me is strictly referring to a live setting - not recording.

With a cursory listen on the laptop I liked the CAA the best but I felt the Elmwood one captured the sound of the original recording the best.
