If it comes with a killer tube power amp, midi pedal and a nice cab I would try it out and see. The 11rack by itself is about 300, then add the other pieces. I had one but it sounded like shit through the fx return of a VM I had, cab sims turned off. Returned it quickly.

Run away and never talk to this person again. Do not make that deal.

I'll give you a bent paper clip and some pocket lint for your Rev F lol
Seriously though. No that's not a good deal for you. Who the fuck even offers that up with a straight face?

Seems like a textbook case of trade rape if you ask me.

As a former 11R owner, there is no way that is a legit trade unless the power amp is a like a VHT
and the cab is high end as well.

You may want to send this person a thanks-for-the-offer bag of burning dog shit on their porch.

Yeah...I like the 11R but no way that's a fair trade. 11R is worth about $300 tops.

Gotta say, I'm also surprised by the responses: the negativity.

I've ran mine with very good success. Simply took the will and desire to work with it. Of course, where one would be using this is also a variable. I've never played through mine and had anyone dislike it. BTW...anyone keeping in mind this is an excellent, multi-channel DAW interface, as well. The only thing which really sucks about this unit is the way Avid has basically orphaned it.

Ran it through a SS power amp into a 2x12 with cab sims on, MAINS out to mixer and it all worked extremely well. It's a full-fledged modeller not really meant to be run with tubes after it. Especially where Treadplate tone is to be used, I'd take an 11R rig out to a gig before messing with a head/cab/fx, not to mention soundguy/mic/room.

If the comments are directly related to an 11R ONLY for the head, well...that should go without question as a not good deal.

Regardless...PM'd OP if any interest remains in a full rig - less cab - as a REV F is only a head. Not sure what this head is valued at to the owner.

I guess it would help if OP shared what the rest of the rig was composed of. Would have to be a pretty high end power amp and decent cab to even be close value wise.

This is what I was saying. It would have to come with a high end amp, pedal and decent cab. And then make sure you tried it out first. Axe II, 11R, and other modelers I've tried just didn't sound real except through headphones.

No cab a peavey power amp the update for the 11 rack case and a pedal board and cables were what was offered

Yeah I'd say that would be worth all of about $500-600 if everything is in mint condition. Possibly a bit more depending on what pedals are on the board.

Depends on what Peavey poweramp is included as well, Peavey poweramps are no slouches and we'd need to know which one. Value could definitely be more than $500.

Once I get pictures I'll let you guys know

What pictures? The answer is no, tell this guy to jump off a bridge. I had an 11R and thought it sucked.

11R can sound great when you use IRs instead of the stock cabs. However, you would need some decent $$$ coming your way, especially for a Rev. F.
