What pictures? The answer is no, tell this guy to jump off a bridge. I had an 11R and thought it sucked.

Your point about the Mesa being only a head....its all about the dollar value here and what something is worth should he decide to sell. The 11R is a 300$ unit. Rev F is 1100. Whatever is packaged with the 11R needs to be valued at an additional 800$ to make it equal. Used prices. That's all anyone is saying.brianiac5150":3hcoivav said:crankyrayhanky":3hcoivav said:watbrianiac5150":3hcoivav said:PM'd OP if any interest remains in a full rig - less cab - as a REV F is only a head.
First off, let's be clear: I am not the person who solicited the OP in the first place. I'm simply responding to this thread and have communicated with OP outside of this thread, as well.
The only point I'm making in the above quoted statement is that the rig I have assembled and would trade/sell does not include a cabinet, as neither does a "REV F," which is only a Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier amplifier head and does not include a cabinet, either.
As I've communicated with the OP and many, many others in my time and use: I completely understand the differences between ALL modelers and real amps; however, the Eleven Rack is a good hardware unit - for many reasons - and if one is looking for a live performance option where a REV F has been used, the Eleven Rack could be altogether acceptable. The immediate disdain for the unit within this thread is very misleading, IMO/E.
If it's just that...I certainly agree.shreder75":dyfoa8j2 said:It's not disdain for the 11r. It's that the trade is silly.
crankyrayhanky":14ni56oq said:11R + junk is actually worth less than 11Rack alone....:
The issue isn't that the 11R is no good. The issue is that the OP could sell his amp, and buy the rig he is being offered in trade and have a bunch of $$ left over; an 11R can be had in the neighborhood of $250. As a financial transaction he is being 'taken', it's not personal, it's bidness. You'd have to be a moron to do this deal. It'd be like trading a $50000 car for $10000 car, does not mean the $10K is not a 'good' car, it just means the math works against the guy with the $50K so he would have to be $40K lazy to not sell that mofo and get something of equal value or have crazy ADD to not keep looking for a fair trade.brianiac5150":amj3pbwv said:Gotta say, I'm also surprised by the responses: the negativity.

I have a closet full of old cables: instrument, xlr, midi- you name it. I even have a headphone adapter that I can include. I'm now taking offers on that + my Crate Tube Amplifier head in a trade for a Mesa Dual Rec. I prefer 2 channel. We are talking about Tube Amp Heads here so it is even-steven. I will need cash back to account for my cables and stuff but we can work that out once I get your cc numbers.
