So I just got an 18 volt power adaptor the other day and so far I think the pedals I've used it with so far (Timmy and 2 Mad Professors) sound much better running at 18 volts. I was wondering if you guys know if any of the following pedals (which I own) can also be safely run at 18 volts:
Protone Misha Mansoor Signature Overdrive
Death By Audio Fuzz War
Maxon OSD-9
Danelectro French Toast

I would either contact the manufacturer or at least spend the time and look up the manual for specs. ....or poof !

Fuzzes are more fun when you starve them of voltage. I wouldn't even want to boost it.

My OCD was awesome at 18v. I miss that thing.

I would definately check out what you can and can't run at 18v before you go trying things out, though. If it's not made to take the juice, don't do it.

I run my Fulltone Fulldrive II Mosfet at 18 volts and it's better. I also run my Fulltone GT-500 at 18 volts. They both have more headroom and the overdrive is "cleaner", more hi-fi sounding. Also, the led's are super bright!

Also, do any of you guys know if these following pedals can be run at 18volts:
Jetter Gold Standard
Jetter Red Shift
Maxon od808X
MXR submachine fuzz
