Snagged a killer sounding '79 Marshall JMP. These amps along with JCM800's have always been a "home base" to me and sound great when you hit them with a boost. Check it out! ⚡

People are figuring out that late 70’s JMPs are a sweet spot 50W or 100W. Not all of them have this mojo - I had a fawn that was plexi clean with the gain dimed. Glad you found a late 70’s one that also gives up the goods!

I honestly find so much joy in these amps. Have one just like this.

Boost it with various boosts and change character of the amp. Even without boost it sounds dope.

Really don’t have that much desire for a modded one - I do have a modded Jose around though. But could very well just sell and be happy.

Do you mic the cab for these clips? Or is it IR’s?

Sounds great!

Every player should have one..JMP or JCM.

I have a '79 2203 that sounds perfect in stock form, needs nothing.

Great selection of riffs, sounds great. What pickups in the Black Les Paul?

Thanks! They're the stock Gibson 57 Classic / Classic +.
