Badass and totally agree on these being among the best years for an 800

How’s the MV on this? Does it go from 0 to 100 pretty quick?

I have a museum piece condition stock 82' JCM800 2203 with the addition of a loop. It's the only amp I now own. The loop allows use of an eq which in turn eliminates any and all master volume issues. With an eq in the loop and choice of pedal(s), I can play any genre at any volume completely satisfied. Funny how after 20 years of intense amp flipping and having been through about 90 amps, I landed on a stock JCM800 to end the incessant flipping journey. This amp is damn near perfection.

Not to turn this thread into a discussion but I’m with you. I’ve known for the last few years that a MV Marshall is it for me. I enjoy trying different stuff and all the variety out there, but I know where my journey ends.
