Beautiful blue transformer caps. No idea how many preamp tubes it has. No FS7 jack; just a plug where the jack would have been. I just bought a SLO-100R so have to pass.

Excuse my ignorance but how do you know it's from 1998?

^ first two digits of the serial number look to be 98, which indicates the year on VH4 amps.
