Hey guys!

I'm looking for a unit to switch my two heads into one cab...I used to have a Egnater amp switcher, which was awesome, but I really don't need the 4 heads, or line out features....makes me feel like I'm paying for a lot I'm not using.

The only one I've found is the Radial Headbone, but it seems to get mixed reviews. Any personal experience with this unit? Tone loss? Quiet switching?

So, if the headbone works well, it would be more than enough for me, but if it has problems, and there is nothing else, I guess I will just go with the Egnater.

Thanks for your help!

Eric

I have the Weber; it works well...I was actually just about to drop it in the classifieds since I never use it.

I have a headbone and IMO it's not that great,I didn't notice tone sucking but you need the "sling shot" with the headbone, not to mention all the cables and cord, just didn't seem convient for a gigging guitarist. There was an oh so slight delay when switching amp to amp with the slingshot, didn't matter much to me but some cats want it faster.
However they make great durable products. And price is in the middle.

I had CAE build me one just like you describe...Wasn't cheap but....money well spent. Sold it off long ago of course..
