Diezel D-Moll......in that order.

I just listened to them all again with a good set of headphones....There is some truth in this statement. I liked all of them for different reasons, (it's certainly a matter of personal taste) but the Diezel really is head and shoulders ahead of this pack.

Why are all of the volumes on like 1-2?

because they know that people buy 50/100 watt amps just to see how good they sound when the kids are sleeping!

I actually liked the JVM best.....What the hells wrong with me?

Lol. In all seriousness, it seems a little strange to demo these stage-ready 50/100w beasts at such low volume?

That's Laura's D-Moll! What's the story on using her amp for a demo?

Yeah I noticed on the back of the d-moll it was signed by Peter to Laura, I thought see had hers for awhile now

She sent hers to the guys at PG to do the demo with
I've had my dmoll for a little more than a month and couldn't be happier..
The amp just kicks ass and really cuts through the mix with the band.
They asked me very nicely if I would send mine to them for the shoot-out and I said yes. :) It's a great amp but I was glad to get it back.

Was surprised to hear what came out if the evh. Hard to decide.

Diezel for the win.

EVH close 2nd, the eq really seemed to do a lot with this amp.

Thrasher close behind for the bronze ( Bet Satan would have been different)

..anxious to hear the blackstar and the others didnt do much for me.

I'm glad Olas doing these, no offense but the other guys just didn't fit what I like to hear, although I miss the boost portion.

What's up with the ridiculous monster truck voice???

I really like the Diezel.
Then The JVM.
I like the Orange for the lead stuff, but not so much on the riffage.

all seven videos are now up and in the original post

I agree that the D-Moll sounded best in this demo.
I actually own the jvm410hjs and modded it or should I say upgraded components to get it where I like it. I like Marshall type sounds so for me made sense having the flexibility of the modes.
All in all a great amp.

Out of all of those that he demo'ed, The Diezel sounded the best to my ears.

Nothing at all! Its a fantastic amp! I love mine. I like the Diezel as well. I wish that D-Moll was out when I bought my Einstein years back.

:)

Why was the volume of the thrasher louder to my ears? Made it punch more .. I would have to go:

Diezel,Thrasher, JVM

Absolute worst for me on the riff portion was the Orange. Fizz and not tight enough.

Wow, have to give all of these another listen. That Black star sounded good as well as the old FB100

Just for the fuck of it, for a couple seconds... try playing all of them at once, from like the 2:15 mark....it's like a day at Guitar Center...in hell.

Except that a large percent of the kids at GC can't really play...

D-Mol then ENGL...The rest sound fizzy and fuzzy to me, especially the Orange.

I wasn't able to get that kind of high gain tone out of the JVM JS at least not without an EQ or boost in front of it. My 5153 blew it out of the water for high gain tones. The OD channels to me just sound like more saturated versions of the Crunch channel which isn't bad, but not exactly as versatile as you'd want a 4 channel/12 mode amp to be.

would still like to see a proper demo of Bogner Twin Jet so people could freak the F out. The amp is so crushingly loud, to sit near it and play you think it's brutal, then you realize the master volume is not even at 9:00, a truly hilarious amp to play as it's so mean and pushes loads of air.
