Shit, I went above and beyond my gear goals this year. At this time last year, I just wanted an AxeFX. Got that, a couple more guitars and a new bass, new iMac for the studio, a shitload of plug-ins, got most of my guitars all fixed up and in ready-to-go condition....
....and then life threw me curveball after curveball, barely any of it even related to covid, and I’m sitting here now wondering if I’m going to feel inspired enough to even pick up my guitar this weekend. I’ve got an album I’ve been working on and I’ve written 95% of the music, have it all demo’d out, I just need to re-track the guitars and vocals and I’m done, but when I get home from work I hit the couch and don’t want to get up again.
