I've got two of them, but I'm kind of like you.. I'm keeping them just in case. One of them is pretty rough though, because it's been back and forth between me and Splawn about four times. LOL But, when I've shipped amps before, I've gone to a local moving company and gotten what they call "dish boxes". At least I think that's what they were called. They are a pretty heavy duty box and they come in different sizes so you can buy a smaller one to put the head in, and then a larger one to double box it with. I've shipped a few heads with those and never had any issues, but I had to buy two of each and kind of build the box to fit the head.
