I have one just like that (combo, III plate, not factory G or +). I have mine in a wooden head cab right now. I'd let the whole thing go for that price. Winged C power tubes.

Seriously though people are starting to aim for the moon for any version of the IIC+, including the 60 watt combos. Not that they are bad amps, far from it, but people often list them as the metallica tone and expect the bucks to roll in. The production background and differences on those heads can be convoluted and the seller either doesn't know that or is hoping the buyer is unaware of that/won't care.

I love my IIC+ but 4500 for a combo is...excessive.

Probably started off as an SR and had the EQ and III faceplate added later. Way too much though....he's in DRG pricing there.

Even though Sixtys are the second best ones behind Ks that's still excessive...
