Thanks for the responses guy's:

Bulletproof Funk, yeah I saw the Hughes & Kettner cab, but fear it's made in China, like the other Tubemeister products and I'm trying to avoid the China stuff (for political reasons).

VC4Ever, I checked out the Voltage website and I like their stuff, not sure on the WGS speakers, they seem to have mixed reviews, but Voltage will put in whatever I want.

I think the Bogner and Wizard ones are a bit more than I want to pay, although they must be awesome. I'm leaning towards the Voltage cab or a Mesa, I'm in no hurry my buddy that's looking at selling me his amp is taking his sweet time to let me try it out.

I was lucky enough to find 2 Bogner 2x12's used in the last year (in Canada)
I'm a Bogner fanboy, but they're pretty much the best out there

If you're any close to Ontario, I'd suggest picking up an empty Wizard cab and throwing used (100$ a pop usually) V30s in there
Did you play a Wizard 2x12? Just wondering which one (variable back or piggy back, 11" or 14" deep) and how it compared to the Bogner.

I have, 14" convertible. Different speakers, different amps used with, different applications, so I can't really say, I would need to A/B them.

I don't have a ton of experience with various different 2x12's; however, I do have an Orange PPC212 (at one point I had two) and this cab never ceases to amaze me! It sounds huge with my rig. Also, they can be found on the used market for very reasonable prices.

I have an Avatar and its boomy, ordered a stone age.... Sposed to the sh!t.

Found a used Avatar 2x12 with cannabis rex speakers.

Is that a good cab and drivers?

I have 2 Celestion V30's, fully broken in, but the cab I'm using is just a gutted B52 cab, semi open in the back and the front top is open where the amp once was.
It's solid birch, but I wonder if I can get a better sound with a purpose built sealed cab?

They're expensive, but I really like my Orange 2x12. It's sturdy, and sounds great. I had a Mesa and really liked it as well, but that's all of my experience.

I've got an Avatar 2x12 and a Bogner 4x12. I like the Avatar a lot. It sounds good and is much easier to transport, but Bogner makes the best cabs money can buy. If I had to do it over again, I'd just save up for a Bogner 2x12. Your tone is worth the extra cash, IMHO.

I had a bogner OS 2x12 and I just sold it...

I didn't like it that much with two v-30's, but it is a great cab.

Go Avatar if Bogner is too steep price wise.

FWIW, I just bought a an EVH 2x12 and I really like it a lot even more than the bogner 2x12, but I'm thinking it has more the speakers in the than the cab itself...

FWIW - I use to own a Bogner 4x12 and an EVH 4x12. I swapped the V30s with the G12Ms and whatever speakers sounded better in the EVH cab for some reason. Stripped these two cabs down to better understand why. All I could come up with is the EVH cab dimensions were slightly smaller in height and the support board bracing the front speaker board to the back board on the EVH was a 2x4 and on the Bogner was a 2x2. I am guessing this was more the difference in sound than the dimensions.

Now - I own a Bogner oversized 2x12c cab with V30s, a Bogner 2x12OS cab (Shiva cab) with G12H30 Anniversary speakers, and two Bogner 1x12 cubes with V30s. All are from around 2004-2005 era and really love them all. I haven't tried an EVH 2x12 to compare to the Bogner 2x12s but I do know for the 4x12s I would hands down pick the EVH or replace the 2x2 in the Bogner with a 2x4 brace.

You can find used G-Flex for $250. Can't beat it for the money,IMO.

splawn makes the best cabs period

Yup.
Splawn and Mesa/Boogie both make a 2x12 vertical style cab and they are both the best I've ever heard.

Did anyone mention stagecraft? cheap, nice looking, and they sound pretty good obviously the bogner will be a better sounding cab but the stagecraft is under 300 dollars empty...I also wouldn't go with the 1936, had one for years and never got it right, but tone is subjective...

Jetcity cabs are made extremely well, and the price is right. The 212 vert has V30's.

Forte SV 2x12.

Only a vertical 2x12 for me. They sound much better, its science!
