Dude I was front row for this on that tour . It was incredible . The balance songs in the arena were fucking heavy . Feelin on this show is great too

I got Balance then Right Here, Right Now when I was 12 or 13 and listened to that shit nonstop. I just listened to it again recently and totally forgot where half my ‘guitar noises’ tricks came from, I always attribute them to Vai
/Dimebag but Ed was definitely a big inspiration earlier than Vai was in that regard, pick scrapes, divebombs, whammy bar shit….and I LOVE his tone in that era.
