Cool what are you using for an amp in the vid?

Hey BrokenFusion, it's an Egnater Renegade. I'm also using a BB preamp and a Chandler/Butler Tube Driver in certain sections for the sustain. Also an MC404 wah. The amp is not even that loud really. If I turned it up I could easily get that sustain without the pedals and it would be "true" amp sustain which would be a lot cleaner. But I gotta respect my neighbors bro!
cheers

My favorite part is the floating pair of hands playing the guitar!

Hey Badronald, it's my attempt to bring all the attention to the guitar.

Very cool. I will be saving this to get some of those great licks down. Nice job!

Hey jammin1, thanks bud. Yeah some of those fast licks near the end are really nice. My favorite one is at 1:57 of part 2. It's just SO Santana. With the wah on full treble and a full on pentatonic run. I remember being blown away listening to Santana 3, which I think is the peak of the band, with Carlos and Neil Schon (who was only 17 at the time) just ripping those melodic/shred solos with that real raw sound. The band had a real "edge" back then. Europa, although it's a classic and there's some great guitar playing in it, it's a little "loungy", (something about the sound of those keyboards) it just doesn't have the "bite" of the early stuff.
