$46 bucks for a GOTOH Floyd nut !

Ummm...I just bought 3 for an average of $18.70, with a 10% discount. Here's the invoice:

The Schaller locking nuts are designed for either front or back mount. The Gotohs are not since the back mount & front mount versions are differently cast, needing different mounting screws, as well as different shims.
 
Word of warning - Gotoh nuts are different from others just in case you're trying to swap one floyd nut out for another. FGR-2 and GHL-2 are compatible. Totally different if it's a Floyd/Schaller, though.

Ran into this issue recently myself. Different mounting holes, different nut height. Just totally different all around.

The Ebay link you listed looks like Gotoh's take on an R4 nut which is the GHL-2.

This is my 3rd attempt w/a FR nut replacement. Thanks for the info. My last two attempt were "genuine" FR and not correct once it got here even after measuring everything before hand.
Looks like the GOTOH will work hopefully.
There are about 50 different FR nuts and knockoffs.
And like i said i needed a very specific type of FR nut and the availabilty just wasn't there.
Just because you can buy a $17 dollar FR nut off Amazon doesn't mean it will fit your guitar.
