Yep, USA cab German cabs also have silver piping around the grill cloth. As well as the above mentioned 6 screw back plate.

RJF New member Nov 1, 2014 #9 Another way to tell, is look closely at the hand written numbers on the serial and ohms. Germans write the number 1 as if it's almost a number 7 to us Americans. Clearly, a German did not write those numbers on that cab.
