you guys notice anything similar? This is John Levin's from Dokken... I met him two years ago and his roadie (who was a total coked out dick) let me check this out and take some pics... at the time he stated the artist would never make another one like this but...
And I live in Houston, bought two charvels from Fullers in the last three months.. they usually drop the price after a while so I have my eyes on this one...

I like Levins even better than the other one and I called the artist and he is happy to do similar paint on a body and neck I bring him, but you should hear what he wants for the paint alone. AND... you have to primer the body for him AND you have to do the clearcoat, or else he wants a lot more. It would be cheaper to just buy this guitar for $4900...

Not if its based on a artist spec guitar, like a Cantrell, Hanneman, Kerry King, Mustaine etc... other wise yes you do take a huge hit in resale.

I love everything about it except for the reverse headstock which is something that Im usually OK with( Reverse Fender Fatheads are my All time Fave!!!) For some reason, it doesnt work on this guitar for me.

The price is ridiculous, There is no justification for that number. Im all about Valuations, its an intrinsic part of what I do for a living and as long as something is justifiable, I can get behind a valuation no matter how high. That isnt the case here IMHO
