So I found this on RT....



And the sticker on the inside of my amp shows this...



Look at the layout for V1 thru V6. They're not the same. Which preamp layout is correct?

Both ... first one just shows channels the different 12AX7s responsible are for ... at least partly.

They just listed them backwards. Should V1 starting on the left and then going up numerically. I could be wrong but I think the bottom pic is from an early model low serial number unit before they went to all JJ's in the Pre's. You can see the original tubes listed at each.

What's with the LPS's and the WC's on the pre tubes?

Anyone else have those in their amps?

The LPS is my favourite phase inverter tube. I hate WCs. The 5153 works best with the JJs.
