How do Greenbacks sound with a 6505+ ?? Compared to the V30's or G-1275's

probably pretty good.
Modern amp + greenback = works for the Cobra.
Plus,
I'm pretty sure Jerry Cantrell used 5150's with greenback cabs at some point on the tripod album.

I ran my first 5150 thru a marshal 1960AX and really liked it, when I started playing a lot of 7 string
I wnet to V30's, the Green backs farted out sometimes but if you're not down tuning or playing a 7 I think they sound really good.
they smoothed out the one I had a bit, sounded great for that "80's" type of metal and early VH tone.
I wish I still had that cab.

I have a Carvin cab from the late 80s loaded with 25w Greenies that just sounds suh-weet to me driven by my 5150.
