Just scored a USA made 2007 6505+ and I'm lovin it. Can't believe I don't need a boost with this amp...very very rare for me.

This is straight in, not boost, MXR 10 band in the loop. Zoom H2 sitting on some empty tube boxes in front of an EVH 412 loaded with two greenbacks & two EVH Heritage GBs.

Can't figure out why the SoundCloud link isn't working...tried everything I could think of.

I don’t run a boost with mine either. I see no need - congrats! The first mod I recommend is getting the bias range fixed so that you can bias it correctly. It really wakes up then!

That's exactly what I did and how I've always done it & I also tried checking/unchecking all the privacy settings

It's not the right way to do it, but I got to where you can listen to the clip. Click on latest track under the play icon in the window>click on play icon on 6505+ when the SC window opens.

I snagged a 6505+ half stack for a ridiculous deal a year or two ago and really liked it. Probably should not have sold the head but made a decent profit moving it. I would buy another if the deal was right.

Huh...works for me when I click on latest track in that player window I posted above.

I did try exactly what you highlighted in your attachment...no idea why it's not working. I tried deleting my clip in SC multiple times and re-uploading and copying/pasting the "share" link here numerous times.

No idea.

I can try an mess with it again, but I tried every setting under the sun under permissions and tried copying the share link (like I always did in the past without issue) and pasted the embed deal that's now in my first post.

I can click on the "latest track" title in that player window in my first post and it takes me to the track, but 311splawndude said that didn't work for them.

In my opinion, do not bias mod it. If stock worked for EVH, it’s probably fine for everyone else.
